fresh, local ingredients to produce delicious, and nutritionally healthy
recipes. Bistro eating has become much more popular due to the fact that
people are more obsessed about their eating health, and also because a
number of celebrity chefs such as Jamie Oliver and Gordon Ramsay use
this style of cooking.
What is New American Cuisine?
Wikipedia Defines it:
New American cuisine a term for upscale, contemporary cooking served
primarily in restaurants in the United States. Combining flavors from
America's melting pot with traditional techniques, New American cuisine
includes ethnic twists on old standbys, Old World peasant dishes made
from luxury American ingredients and molecular gastronomy. It developed
in the 1980s from fusion and California cuisines and features
significant creative use of in-season produce and sauces. It is somewhat
related to the French Nouvelle cuisine and often incorporates influences
from Latin American, Mediterranean and Asian cuisine.

Natasha's is an urban bistro, an arts and entertainment
restaurant with a warehouse/theatre feel, eclectic décor and a broad
menu. We are a downtown bistro serving "New American Cuisine," which
means everything from bison burgers and sweet chili pizza to hot Asian
salads, delicious & inventive pasta dishes, stir frys, fish dinners,
wraps, & more!
