Natasha’s Bistro & Bar – Grand Opening of Natasha’s Bar featuring:
** Lexington’s first wine preservation system by WineKeeper
** 3form debut in Lexington with installation of Ecoresin translucent material
** Fighting Recession Blues with entertainment -- Sales are up over last year.

Lexington, Ky – Nov 28th. Natasha’s Bistro & Bar completes its expansion into entertainment with the opening of the bar this Friday afternoon with half off happy hour, the unveiling of 3Form ‘s Ecoresin translucent color infused recycled (milk jugs) polypropylene bar top, Surprise Theater and the Nick Stump Trio formerly Metropolitan Blues All-stars. Last year Natasha’s made a shift into becoming an “Arts & Entertainment” restaurant, part of a cutting edge trend in progressive cities across the nation. This marks the completion of a new mission to contribute to a socialized downtown neighborhood and grow our business. As it turns out in the face of recession this new economic model and expansion has become a business life saver.

Lexington’s first wine presentation system: Natasha’s is proud to bring to Lexington it’s first wine preservation system by Winekeeper. By employing nitrogen gas preservation technology the cuvee systems allow restaurants to offer finer reserve wines by the glass and by the taste instead of limiting those sales to bottle only. The costs are usually prohibitive with most restaurants opting to limit wine by the glass to everyday wines. This is a Lexington first, third for the state of Kentucky.

3 FORM also makes it’s debut in Lexington. The award-winning manufacturer of environmentally friendly architectural products has been generating buzz with its other-worldly panel systems, custom forms and Euro-style furniture made of Ecoresin™, a high-performance polyester resin composed of 40 percent post-industrial product (plastic milk jugs) and up to 95 percent recyclable content. The multitasking translucent material can be infused with almost any color or digital designs and molded into just about any shape. 3 form has earned numerous awards for its design and its commitment to sustainability in manufacture of building materials. Recently 3 form installations can be seen at the Smithsonian Museum and at the Lincoln center and most recently at Lexington at Natasha’s Bistro & Bar.
